摘要

本文总结1例马氏温灸联合推拿手法治疗便秘的护理体会。通过综合评估患者症状与体征，制定个性化治疗方案，包括马氏温灸与推拿的具体操作及护理要点。经系统治疗后，患者便秘症状明显改善，生活质量得到提升。本文旨在探讨马氏温灸联合推拿手法在便秘治疗中的应用价值及护理要点。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case involving the combined application of Ma's warm moxibustion and Tuina manipulation for treating constipation. Through a comprehensive assessment of the patient's symptoms and clinical signs， an individualized treatment plan was formulated， including specific operational procedures for Ma's warm moxibustion and Tuina techniques， as well as key nursing considerations. Following systematic intervention， the patient's constipation symptoms showed significant improvement， accompanied by enhanced quality of life. The study aims to explore the clinical application value and essential nursing strategies of integrating Ma's warm moxibustion with Tuina manipulation in constipation management.
