摘要

本病例介绍1例重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征患者，在中西医联合治疗和综合护理干预下取得显著疗效。患者入院时出现严重的腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐和呼吸困难等症状，生命体征异常，通过护理评估，针对呼吸窘迫和疼痛等问题，制定个性化护理计划，实施口腔护理、氧疗、鼻饲清胰汤及保留灌肠等措施。中西医结合治疗有效缓解患者消化功能和炎症反应，护理干预显著改善患者的呼吸状态及生命体征，最终成功康复。

Abstract

This case report presents a patient with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with respiratory distress syndrome. Under the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and comprehensive nursing intervention， remarkable therapeutic effects were achieved. The patient presented with severe abdominal pain， abdominal distension， nausea， vomiting， and breathing difficulties upon admission， with abnormal vital signs. Through nursing assessment， personalized nursing plans were formulated to address issues such as respiratory distress and pain. Measures such as oral care， oxygen therapy， nasal feeding of Qingpi Decoction， and retention enema were implemented. The integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine effectively alleviated the patient's digestive function and inflammatory response， and the nursing intervention significantly improved the patient's respiratory status and vital signs. Eventually， the patient successfully recovered.
