摘要

本文总结1例神经白塞病合并强直性脊柱炎出现葡萄膜炎及黏膜破损患者的护理经验，具体包括中药熏蒸、眼部按摩、超声雾化治疗、中药湿敷及生活护理等护理干预措施及注意事项。患者入院时眼红、眼痛、视物模糊，口腔黏膜、外阴部溃疡，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取中药熏蒸、眼部按摩、超声雾化治疗及中药湿敷治疗葡萄膜炎及黏膜溃疡，症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with Neuro-Behcet's disease complicated by Ankylosing Spondylitis presenting with uveitis and mucosal ulcers. Key nursing interventions included herbal fumigation， ocular massage， ultrasonic nebulization therapy， herbal moist compress， and lifestyle care， along with relevant precautions. Upon admission， the patient exhibited ocular redness， pain， blurred vision， and oral/genital mucosal ulcers. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing， targeted therapies such as herbal fumigation， ocular massage， ultrasonic nebulization， and herbal moist compress were implemented to address uveitis and mucosal ulcers， with marked symptom alleviation achieved.
