摘要

本文总结中药热敷疗法联合冲击波治疗1例青年哺乳期患者桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的护理经验。通过分析护理要点，明确干预方案，开展中医特色外治方法结合物理疗法，缓解患者腕桡侧疼痛、乏力及功能障碍症状。此外，针对患者实际情况予护理干预，配合生活护理、用药指导、饮食指导及情志指导等护理措施，缓解患者痛苦，恢复功能状态，疗效显著，可为临床提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy with shockwave therapy in a young lactating patient diagnosed with stenosing tenosynovitis of the radial styloid process. By analyzing key nursing considerations and clarifying intervention protocols， a treatment approach integrating TCM-specific external therapies and physical modalities was implemented to alleviate the patient’s wrist radial-sided pain， weakness， and functional impairment. Tailored nursing interventions， including lifestyle care， medication guidance， dietary counseling， and emotional support， were provided based on the patient’s specific circumstances. These measures effectively reduced symptoms， restored functional status， and achieved significant efficacy， offering valuable insights for clinical practice in managing similar cases through integrative care strategies.
