摘要

本文总结1例胶质母细胞瘤术后合并脑卒中患者的相关护理经验。根据病情进行对症及支持处理，通过中医辨证，实施直流电药物透入疗法、中药熏蒸疗法、中药湿敷联合微波疗法、中药内服及饮食调护等中医专科特色护理，降低并发症的发生率，提高治疗效果和护理满意度，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the relevant nursing experience of a patient with glioblastoma multiforme postoperatively complicated with cerebral stroke. According to the condition， symptomatic and supportive treatments were provided. Through TCM syndrome differentiation， specialized TCM nursing measures such as direct current drug iontophoresis， TCM fumigation therapy， TCM wet compress combined with microwave therapy， oral administration of TCM， and dietary care were implemented to reduce the incidence of complications， improve the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
