摘要

脑卒中已成为世界第二大死亡和致残的疾病，且近年来脑卒中发病趋势呈年轻化。青年卒中患者作为家庭和社会的重要角色，其卒中后可能面临无法重返工作、接受教育及参加社会活动等困境。本文总结1例青年卒中患者进行中西医结合康复护理的查房案例。通过中西医结合式康复护理，患者病情得到控制，肢体功能明显改善，康复效果显著。青年卒中患者发病率逐年增高，为提高青年卒中患者服务质量，促进疾病恢复，防止再次复发，我院组织青年卒中患者护理查房活动，介绍病人查体，病例讲解，病情分析及护理诊断及中西医结合护理措施干预等方面内容，通过本次查房为患者提供全面的护理诊疗服务，并推动学科发展。

Abstract

Stroke has become the second leading cause of death and disability worldwide， and the incidence of stroke is showing a younger trend in recent years. Young stroke patients， as important members of families and society， may face difficulties such as being unable to return to work， resume education， and participate in social activities after the stroke. This article summarizes a case of a young stroke patient undergoing combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing consultation. Through combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing， the patient's condition was controlled， and the limb function improved significantly， with remarkable rehabilitation effects. The incidence of young stroke patients is increasing year by year. To improve the quality of service for young stroke patients， promote disease recovery， and prevent recurrence， our hospital organized a nursing consultation activity for young stroke patients， introducing patient examinations， case explanations， disease analysis， and nursing diagnoses and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures for intervention. Through this consultation， comprehensive nursing diagnosis services were provided for the patients and the discipline was promoted.
