摘要

本文探讨虎符铜砭刮痧技术治疗1例脊髓损伤后双下肢麻木患者的护理经验体会，主要包括虎符铜砭刮痧的方法及注意事项，生活指导、康复指导及心理干预等护理配合，通过症状体征辨证选取有针对性的经络及穴位，有效缓解患者症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper discusses the nursing experience of Hufu copper needle scraping technique in the treatment of a patient with numbness of both lower limbs after spinal cord injury， mainly including the methods and precautions of Hufu copper needle scraping， life guidance， rehabilitation guidance， psychological intervention and other nursing cooperation， selecting targeted meridians and acupoints through the differentiation of symptoms and signs， effectively alleviating patients' symptoms and improving patients' quality of life.
