摘要

本文总结1例寒湿阻络型膝骨关节炎患者的中西医结合治疗和护理经验。基于中医基础理论辨证施护，经过精准的护理评估确定准确护理目标，在常规护理基础上采用中医特色水罐对患者进行护理干预，以发挥疏通经络，祛风散寒，行气活血的作用，有利于膝骨关节炎的康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of treatment and nursing of a patient with knee osteoarthritis of cold dampness obstructing collaterals with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， dialectical nursing was applied. After accurate nursing evaluation， the accurate nursing objectives were determined. On the basis of routine nursing， TCM characteristic water tanks were used to carry out nursing intervention for patients， so as to play the role of dredging meridians， dispelling wind and cold， activating Qi and activating blood circulation， which was conducive to the rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis.
