摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗胰腺炎患者腹痛的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护，给予中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗，配合生活起居护理、情志护理及健康宣教等护理措施，有效减轻患者腹部疼痛，提高肿瘤患者生活质量，且方法操作简便易廉、安全性高、无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating abdominal pain in a patient with acute pancreatitis by combined use of Chinese herbal ointment massage and acupoint plaster application. Based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine， the patient was treated with Chinese herbal ointment massage combined with acupoint plaster application， along with nursing measures such as life care， emotional care， and health education. The abdominal pain of the patient was effectively relieved， and the quality of life of the tumor patient was improved. The method is simple to operate， inexpensive， safe， and has no adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
