摘要

本文总结多磺酸粘多糖乳膏（喜辽妥）涂抹治疗1例经外周静脉输注氯化钾致药物外渗患儿的护理经验。通过护理评估、辨证分析及护理诊断，制定合理的护理方案，予患儿喜辽妥涂抹疗法，同时加强心理护理和饮食护理。经治疗患儿症状得到改善，且治疗方法效果明显，副作用小，易为患儿接受。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a child with drug extravasation caused by potassium chloride infusion through peripheral veins with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream （Hirudoid）. Through nursing assessment， syndrome differentiation analysis and nursing diagnosis， a reasonable nursing plan was formulated. The child was treated with Hirudoid application， and psychological and dietary care were strengthened at the same time. After treatment， the child's symptoms improved， and the treatment method was effective， with few side effects and easy to be accepted by the child.
