摘要

本文总结1例青光眼患者小梁切除术围术期的的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护原则，运用耳穴压丸、皮内针，结合生活护理、饮食护理及心理护理等措施，改善患者临床症状，消除患者不良情绪，提高生活质量，以期为同类型病例提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a glaucoma patient undergoing trabeculectomy. Based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， ear acupoint pressure pills， intradermal acupuncture， combined with life nursing， diet nursing and psychological nursing measures， can improve the clinical symptoms of patients， eliminate patients' bad emotions， and improve the quality of life， in order to provide reference for the same type of cases.
