摘要

鹦鹉热衣原体在社区获得性肺炎的致病菌种中极其少见，鹦鹉热衣原体感染的患者在临床症状及检验、影像学表现上与一般的重症肺炎存在相似之处，仅靠普通的辅助检查手段难以鉴别，易漏诊或误诊。本文总结1例通过宏基因组二代测序（mNGS）检测确诊的老年男性鹦鹉热衣原体感染重症肺炎的护理经验。通过机械通气与氧疗、俯卧位通气等个体化、全面的治疗及护理，患者病情好转，顺利出院。

Abstract

Chlamydia psittaci is extremely rare in the pathogenic bacteria of community-acquired pneumonia. Patients infected with Chlamydia psittaci have similarities with general severe pneumonia in clinical symptoms， tests， and imaging manifestations. It is difficult to identify by ordinary auxiliary examination means alone， and it is easy to miss or misdiagnose. This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of severe pneumonia caused by Chlamydia psittaci infection in an elderly male diagnosed by metagenomic second-generation sequencing （mngs）. Through individualized and comprehensive treatment and nursing such as mechanical ventilation， oxygen therapy and prone position ventilation， the patient's condition improved and discharged smoothly.
