摘要

本文总结1例超声药物透入治疗联合中药膏摩干预气虚血瘀型心水病患者水肿的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，根据患者双下肢水肿问题，在常规护理基础上实施超声药物透入治疗联合中药膏摩中医外治疗法，以改善患者双下肢水肿症状。干预后患者双下肢水肿明显好转，水肿程度由3分降至0分，对促进患者康复具有积极意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of managing edema in a patient diagnosed with heart water disease （Xinshui Bing） presenting with the Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis pattern， utilizing a combined approach of ultrasonic drug delivery therapy and Chinese herbal ointment massage. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， conventional care was augmented with these integrated external TCM treatments targeting bilateral lower limb edema. Following the intervention， the patient's lower limb edema improved significantly， with the edema severity score decreasing from 3 to 0. This integrated approach demonstrated positive significance in promoting patient recovery.
