摘要

本文总结中药泡洗联合耳穴压豆治疗1例膜性肾病患者水肿的效果和护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，结合中医特色护理，通过中药泡洗和耳穴压豆疗法，同时辅以心理护理及饮食护理。结果显示该方法能有效缓解患者水肿症状，改善其生活质量，操作简单、不良反应少，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the effect and nursing experience of combined use of Chinese herbal bath and auricular point pressing therapy in treating edema in a patient with membranous nephropathy. Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment， combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） characteristic nursing， the patient was treated with Chinese herbal bath and auricular point pressing therapy， supplemented by psychological and dietary nursing. The results showed that this method could effectively alleviate the patient's edema symptoms， improve their quality of life， and was simple to operate with few adverse reactions， thus having clinical promotion value.
