摘要

本文总结1例颅内动脉瘤伴蛛网膜下腔出血患者术后中西医结合治疗的护理体会。在西医常规治疗基础上，结合中药汤剂、安宫牛黄丸等中医特色护理措施，完善患者护理评估，并制定个性化护理计划。患者住院期间病情稳定，未出现迟发性脑缺血（DCI）、脑血管痉挛、电解质紊乱及感染等常见并发症，也未发生其他严重不良事件，最终顺利康复出院。本报告旨在探讨中西医结合护理在神经外科重症患者中的应用价值，为临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for one postoperative case of intracranial aneurysm with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Based on conventional Western medical treatment， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） interventions—such as herbal decoctions and Angong Niuhuang Pills—were incorporated to refine nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Throughout hospitalization， the patient remained clinically stable， without complications such as delayed cerebral ischemia （DCI）， cerebral vasospasm， electrolyte imbalances， or infections， nor any other severe adverse events. The patient was eventually discharged with successful recovery. This report aims to explore the clinical value of integrated TCM-Western nursing in neurosurgical critical care， providing references for clinical nursing practice.
