摘要

总结1例大面积接触性皮炎伴感染患者的护理经验。患者皮损面积广泛（全身30%），表现为显著的红肿、糜烂、渗液伴剧烈瘙痒及疼痛。通过全面护理评估制定干预方案，采用多学科协作模式，在常规西医治疗基础上联合腕踝针与耳穴贴压中医技术，有效缓解疼痛瘙痒症状；同时整合创面换药护理、营养支持、高钾血症纠正、精准院感防控、情志干预及健康教育等综合措施。经17 d住院治疗，患者皮损面积显著缩小至5%以下，皮肤结痂愈合，症状明显改善，感染控制良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management of a patient with extensive contact dermatitis （30% body surface area） complicated by infection， presenting with severe erythema， erosion， exudation， intense pruritus， and pain. A comprehensive nursing assessment guided the intervention plan， adopting a multidisciplinary approach that integrated conventional Western medicine with traditional Chinese techniques （wrist-ankle acupuncture and auricular acupressure） to alleviate pain and pruritus. Coordinated care included wound dressing， nutritional support， hyperkalemia correction， precise nosocomial infection control， emotional intervention， and health education. After 17 days of hospitalization， the affected area significantly reduced to <5% with crust formation， symptom resolution， and effective infection control.
