摘要

本文总结1例气血亏虚型脓毒症患者中医肺康复的护理经验。以中医辨证施护为指导，对该患者实施气道廓清技术、有氧抗阻训练、体外膈肌治疗、火龙罐、耳穴压豆、营养指导及心理护理等。在实施中医整体护理后，患者病情逐渐好转。经过56 d的精细化护理，患者Borg评分由6分降至3分，Barthel指数由5分提升至60分，实现生活自理，患者在无呼吸支持技术的情况下血氧饱和度维持在99%左右，顺利康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）-based pulmonary rehabilitation for a patient with sepsis of Qi and Blood Deficiency Pattern. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， interventions including airway clearance techniques， aerobic resistance training， external diaphragm pacing therapy， fire dragon cupping， auricular acupoint pressing with beans， nutritional guidance， and psychological care were implemented. Through holistic TCM nursing， the patient’s condition gradually improved. After 56 days of meticulous care， the Borg Scale score decreased from 6 to 3， and the Barthel Index increased from 5 to 60， achieving self-care capability. The patient maintained peripheral oxygen saturation at approximately 99% without respiratory support and was successfully discharged with full recovery.
