摘要

本文总结1例手部经络刮痧联合中药熏洗对紫杉醇化疗所致周围神经病变的干预效果体会。患者为乳腺癌术后化疗患者，手足麻木明显，已经严重影响日常生活及生活质量，基于护理评估和中医辨证，采取中西医结合护理，除基础护理外采取手部经络刮痧及中医熏洗干预措施。干预8 d后，患者CIPN分级从Ⅲ级下降至0级，中医证候积分从27分下降至5分，生活质量评分提升20%。案例表明手部经络刮痧联合中药熏洗，可通过改善局部微循环、调节神经传导缓解CIPN症状，以期为中西医结合护理提供新思路。

Abstract

This article summarizes the intervention efficacy of hand meridian Guasha therapy combined with herbal fumigation in managing paclitaxel chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy （CIPN） in a case study. The patient， a postoperative breast cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy， presented with severe numbness in the extremities that significantly impaired daily life and quality of life. Based on nursing assessments and Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， an integrative nursing approach was implemented， incorporating foundational care with hand meridian Guasha therapy and herbal fumigation interventions. After 8 days of intervention， the patient’s CIPN grade decreased from III to 0， the TCM syndrome score decreased from 27 to 5 points， and the quality of life score improved by 20%. This case demonstrates that the combination of hand meridian Guasha therapy and herbal fumigation alleviates CIPN symptoms by improving local microcirculation and regulating nerve conduction， offering new insights for integrative nursing care combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
