摘要

本文总结1例慢阻肺伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭行机械辅助通气治疗患者行中西医结合呼吸康复后成功脱机并出院的护理经验。基于患者临床症状，采取呼吸康复训练与中医适宜技术相结合进行康复护理，经治疗和康复锻炼后患者成功脱机并出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type II respiratory failure who underwent mechanical assisted ventilation and successfully achieved weaning and discharge after undergoing combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine respiratory rehabilitation. Based on the patient's clinical symptoms， rehabilitation nursing was carried out by combining respiratory rehabilitation training with appropriate traditional Chinese medical techniques. After treatment and rehabilitation exercises， the patient successfully achieved weaning and discharge.
