摘要

本文总结1例重症肺炎伴腹胀患者的中医特色护理实践。基于中医辨证施护原则，联合应用中药膏摩与中药热奄包干预，并采用标准化评估工具动态监测疗效，即肠内营养不耐受性评分表（GI intolerance score）与营养风险筛查（NRS2002）。治疗后患者腹胀分级从3级降至1级，胃残留量由≥200 mL减少至10～50 mL，肠内营养不耐受评分由4分降至2分。该联合疗法通过促进胃肠蠕动与温通经络，有效改善患者腹胀症状，使其肠内营养耐受性提升，加速重症肺炎康复进程。

Abstract

This article summarizes the practice of traditional Chinese medicine-based nursing for a patient with severe pneumonia and abdominal distension. Based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment， combined application of Chinese herbal ointment massage and Chinese herbal hot compress was adopted， and standardized assessment tools such as the GI intolerance score and the NRS2002 were used to dynamically monitor the therapeutic effect. After treatment， the abdominal distension grade of the patient decreased from grade 3 to grade 1， the gastric residual volume decreased from ≥ 200 mL to 10-50 mL， and the intestinal nutrition intolerance score decreased from 4 points to 2 points. This combined therapy effectively improved the patient's abdominal distension symptoms by promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis and warming and unblocking meridians， enhancing the intestinal nutrition tolerance， and accelerating the recovery process of severe pneumonia.
