摘要

本文总结1例经穴推拿治疗乳腺癌睡眠障碍伴焦虑患者的临床护理效果。科室2024年10月7日收治1例乳腺癌睡眠障碍伴焦虑患，运用引阳入阴推拿手法对患者进行理疗，治疗后患者睡眠障碍症状得到明显改善，生活质量得到提高，值得临床参考借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical nursing effect of acupoint massage in treating a breast cancer patient with sleep disorders and anxiety. On October 7， 2024， the department admitted a breast cancer patient with sleep disorders and anxiety. The patient was treated with the Yin-Yang Harmonization Massage Technique. After treatment， the patient's sleep disorder symptoms were significantly improved， and the quality of life was enhanced. This case is worthy of clinical reference.
