摘要

本文总结1例心包填塞患者心包开窗术术中护理体会。术中通过麻醉配合、体位摆放、整体护理及管路管理等多方面的有效护理，患者手术顺利，安返病房，且未发生手术相关并发症。

Abstract

This article summarizes the intraoperative nursing experience for an elderly patient undergoing pericardial window creation for cardiac tamponade. Through comprehensive nursing interventions including anesthesia coordination， optimal positioning， holistic care， and meticulous tube management， the procedure was successfully completed without surgical complications， and the patient was safely transferred back to the ward.
