摘要

本文总结1例中药塌渍联合中药涂擦治疗膝骨关节炎患者的护理体会。在观察该病例基本病情的基础上，结合中西医基础理论及经络理论，运用中药塌渍联合中药涂擦治疗，以疏通经络，消肿止痛，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with knee osteoarthritis using Chinese herbal compress combined with topical herbal application. Based on the patient’s clinical presentation and integrating fundamental theories of traditional Chinese and Western medicine alongside meridian theory， the combined therapy was implemented to unblock meridians， reduce swelling and pain， alleviate suffering， and enhance the patient’s quality of life.
