摘要

本文总结1例运用铜砭刮痧干预狐惑病患者的护理体会。本案例患者病情反复，迁延不愈，基于中医辨证、经络诊察，选取相应经络和穴位实施铜砭刮痧治疗，同时配合饮食、运动及情志护理等护理措施，改善患者临床症状。本病例疗效确切，有效改善患者的口、眼、咽及外阴溃烂症状，缓解焦虑情绪，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广，以期为中医治疗狐惑病提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying copper Bian stone Guasha therapy in a patient with Behcet's disease. The patient， with a history of recurrent and protracted symptoms， received targeted Guasha treatment based on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and meridian diagnosis. Specific meridians and acupoints were selected for intervention， complemented by dietary guidance， exercise， and emotional nursing. The results demonstrated significant clinical efficacy， including alleviation of oral， ocular， pharyngeal， and genital ulcers， reduction of anxiety， and improvement in quality of life. This case highlights the potential of Guasha as an adjunctive therapy for Behcet's disease， offering a novel TCM approach for immune regulation and symptom management， worthy of clinical promotion.
