摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合皮内针治疗儿童鼻鼽患者的护理体会。根据患者辨证分型及症状给予耳穴贴压和皮内针治疗，指导患者正确按压耳豆，同时做好健康宣教、饮食护理，并嘱患者按时复诊，经治疗患者症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a pediatric patient with allergic rhinitis using combined auricular acupressure and intradermal needle therapy. Based on syndrome differentiation and symptom assessment， the patient received auricular seed application and intradermal needle treatment. The patient was instructed on proper auricular seed pressure application， provided with health education and dietary guidance， and advised to attend follow-up visits. The patient’s symptoms showed marked improvement after the intervention.
