摘要

本文总结中医外治法联合干预，即脏腑膏摩疗法、耳穴贴压及隔姜灸治疗1例老年功能性便秘患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护原则，予患者脏腑膏摩疗法，联合耳穴压丸与隔姜灸对症治疗，配合饮食调护、行为干预等方法，有效改善患者便秘症状，提高老年患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying combined external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）—specifically Zangfu organ-based ointment massage， auricular point pressing， and ginger-isolated moxibustion—to an elderly patient with functional constipation. Guided by the TCM principle of syndrome differentiation and individualized care， interventions included targeted organ-focused ointment massage complemented by auricular acupressure and ginger-separated moxibustion， alongside dietary modification and behavioral guidance. These integrated approaches effectively ameliorated constipation symptoms and enhanced the geriatric patient’s quality of life.
