摘要

本文总结1例丹毒合并肢体闭塞性动脉硬化患者行中西医结合护理的体会。既往该疾病的首选治疗方式是血管腔内治疗，因本类患者通常年龄较大，且多合并有高血压、高血脂及糖尿病等慢性疾病，无法较好的耐受传统外科手术治疗。为此本个案通过对患者进行中西医结合护理方法，并结合药物治疗、改善生活方式（生活护理等）及中药塌渍等治疗。经护理干预后，患者心理健康状态良好，有效改善患者症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of integrated Chinese and Western nursing care for a patient with erysipelas complicated by limb occlusive arteriosclerosis. Traditionally， the preferred treatment for this condition has been endovascular therapy. However， due to the advanced age of such patients and their frequent comorbidities， such as hypertension， hyperlipidemia， and diabetes， they often cannot tolerate conventional surgical treatments well. In this case， the patient received integrated Chinese and Western nursing methods， including drug therapy， lifestyle improvement （such as daily living care）， and traditional Chinese medicine compressions. After nursing intervention， the patient's psychological state improved significantly， and their symptoms were effectively alleviated.
