摘要

本文总结1例阳虚体质痛经患者在三伏天期间，通过督脉灸技术结合中医整体护理及辨证施护理论进行干预的护理经验。患者主要表现为经期腹痛剧烈、畏寒肢冷、腰酸冷痛等，中医辨证为阳虚体质、寒湿痹阻型、脾肾阳虚型痛经。护理团队在三伏天阳气最盛之时，采用督脉灸技术温阳散寒、活血化瘀，同时配合生活指导、饮食调理及健康教育等综合措施。经干预患者痛经症状显著缓解，体质得到改善，生活质量明显提高。本案例表明，三伏天督脉灸结合辨证施护对阳虚体质痛经患者具有显著疗效，为中医护理在痛经治疗中的应用提供了实践参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with dysmenorrhea and yang deficiency constitution who was treated with Du Meridian Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing and syndrome differentiation-based nursing during the three hot stages of summer. The patient mainly presented with severe abdominal pain during menstruation， cold limbs， and cold and sore lower back. The syndrome differentiation was yang deficiency constitution， cold-dampness obstruction type， and spleen-kidney yang deficiency type dysmenorrhea. The nursing team adopted Du Meridian Moxibustion to warm yang and dispel cold， promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis during the period of the three hot stages of summer when yang qi is most abundant. At the same time， comprehensive measures such as life guidance， dietary adjustment， and health education were implemented. After the intervention， the patient's dysmenorrhea symptoms were significantly relieved， her constitution improved， and her quality of life was significantly enhanced. This case indicates that Du Meridian Moxibustion combined with syndrome differentiation-based nursing during the three hot stages of summer has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with dysmenorrhea and yang deficiency constitution， providing practical reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.
