摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗袖状胃切除术后恶心、呕吐的护理体会。护理人员联合中医医师通过对患者病情及病因的评估，辨证取穴，在常规护理措施上给予患者耳穴贴压及针灸治疗。经治疗，患者恶心、呕吐症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of managing a patient with postoperative nausea and vomiting following sleeve gastrectomy using auricular acupressure combined with acupuncture. Through collaborative assessment of the patient's condition and etiology by nursing staff and a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner， acupoints were selected based on syndrome differentiation. Auricular acupressure and acupuncture treatment were administered alongside routine nursing care. Following treatment， the patient demonstrated significant improvement in nausea and vomiting symptoms.
