摘要

本文详细回顾1例慢性咳嗽患者的临床诊疗过程。在中医基础理论的指导下，采用耳穴贴压与棍针拨筋疗法相结合的中医适宜技术进行联合干预2次，每次治疗间隔3～5 d，同时配合情志护理及健康宣教等常规护理措施。通过上述综合治疗护理方案，显著改善患者的慢性咳嗽症状及焦虑情绪，提升了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article provides a detailed retrospective analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment process for a patient with chronic cough. Guided by the fundamental theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， combined interventions utilizing TCM-appropriate techniques—specifically Auricular Plaster Therapy and Stick-Needle Tendon Therapy—were administered twice， with treatment intervals of 3 to 5 days. These interventions were complemented by routine nursing measures， including emotional care and health education. The comprehensive therapeutic nursing regimen significantly alleviated the patient's chronic cough symptoms and anxiety， while improving their quality of life.
