摘要

本文总结1例采用正念心理疗法联合耳穴贴压治疗乳腺癌患者化疗后焦虑伴呕吐的护理体会及经验。本例乳腺癌患者化疗后经历严重焦虑及呕吐，予患者正念心理疗法及耳穴贴压联合治疗后，显著改善患者相关症状，呕吐次数减少，焦虑水平显著降低。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience and insights from one case of a breast cancer patient treated with mindfulness-based therapy combined with auricular acupressure for chemotherapy-induced anxiety and vomiting. Following severe post-chemotherapy anxiety and vomiting， the patient received combined intervention of mindfulness-based therapy and auricular acupressure， which significantly alleviated related symptoms， reduced vomiting frequency， and markedly lowered anxiety levels.
