摘要

本文总结1例胆管癌患者使用吉西他滨后出现皮疹的整体护理体会。从临床常规护理及患者饮食、情志、用药、生活上予患者合理的健康指导。通过整体护理为吉西他滨化疗后皮疹患者制定护理措施，以期达到减轻皮疹症状，提高患者舒适度、自我护理能力及心理应对能力的目的。护理结果表明，综合护理方案可缓解皮疹症状，提高患者舒适度，增强患者自我护理及心理应对能力。

Abstract

This article summarizes the overall nursing experience of a patient with biliary cancer who developed a rash after gemcitabine treatment. Reasonable health guidance was provided to the patient in terms of clinical routine care， diet， emotions， medication， and daily life. Through holistic nursing， nursing measures were formulated for patients with rashes after gemcitabine chemotherapy， aiming to alleviate rash symptoms， improve patient comfort， self-care ability， and psychological coping ability. The nursing results indicated that the comprehensive nursing plan could alleviate rash symptoms， enhance patient comfort， and improve patients' self-care and psychological coping abilities.
