摘要

本文总结虎符铜砭刮痧联合中药膏摩治疗1例神经根型颈椎病的护理报告。患者因颈部疼痛、上肢麻木等典型症状就医。治疗遵循中医经络理论，先以虎符铜砭刮痧疏通颈部经络及相关穴位，后施中药膏摩促进药力渗透，并根据痧退情况调整治疗频次，同时配合饮食指导、情志护理及生活护理等护理措施，经系统干预后患者症状显著缓解。本案例为神经根型颈椎病的中医特色治疗与护理提供了实践范例与思考。

Abstract

This study summarizes a nursing report on the integrated treatment of a case of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy （CSR） using Tiger-Head Copper Scraper Gua Sha Therapy and Chinese herbal ointment massage. The patient sought medical attention due to typical symptoms， including neck pain and upper limb numbness. The treatment protocol followed the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） meridian theory. Initially， Tiger-Head Copper Scraper Gua Sha was applied to unblock cervical meridians and stimulate related acupoints. Subsequently， Chinese herbal ointment massage was administered to enhance the permeation of medicinal properties. The treatment frequency was adjusted based on the subsidence of sha marks， complemented by nursing interventions such as dietary guidance， emotional regulation counseling， and lifestyle care. Following systematic intervention， the patient’s symptoms showed significant alleviation. This case serves as a practical example and offers insights into the TCM-specific therapeutic approaches and nursing strategies for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy， highlighting the integration of meridian modulation， herbal therapy， and holistic care.
