摘要

本文总结采用电热砭石温熨疗法联合中药膏摩技术治疗1例腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中医护理技术配合饮食指导、情志调护、生活起居护理及健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，患者腰部疼痛明显改善，提升了患者的舒适度及护理满意度，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation of the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of treating 1 case of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with electrothermal pebble warm compress therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment rubbing technique. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment according to syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine， conventional nursing measures such as dietary guidance， emotional regulation， life care， and health knowledge education were adopted. The patient's lumbar pain was significantly improved， the comfort level of the patient was enhanced， and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patient were improved.
