摘要

本文总结1例以子午流注理论为基础的穴位贴敷疗法治疗肺炎喘嗽—痰热闭肺型患儿的护理经验。通过全面的护理评估，基于传统中医子午流注理论，采用穴位贴敷和人工辅助排痰的护理措施，有效改善患儿的咳嗽咳痰症状，缩短病程，提高了患儿的舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a case of pediatric pneumonia with dyspnea and cough—phlegm-heat obstructing the lung type using acupoint application therapy based on the midnight-noon ebb-flow theory. Through comprehensive nursing assessment， based on traditional Chinese medicine midnight-noon ebb-flow theory， nursing measures including acupoint application and manual assisted sputum expectoration were adopted， effectively alleviating the child's cough and expectoration symptoms， shortening the course of the disease， and improving the child's comfort.
