摘要

本文对气滞血淤型机械性腰痛患者实施中药膏摩联合砭石治疗后，有效降低患者疼痛程度，缓解患者焦虑情绪，恢复了患者腰部活动度，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This study implemented herbal ointment massage combined with bian stone therapy in patients with mechanical low back pain exhibiting Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. The treatment demonstrated efficacy in reducing pain intensity， alleviating anxiety symptoms， restoring lumbar mobility， and enhancing overall quality of life.
