摘要

本文总结1例采用穴位按摩联合耳穴压丸治疗老年性白内障视物模糊患者的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中医护理技术配合饮食指导、情志调护、生活起居护理及健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，对患者实施整体责任制全流程护理，特别是中医绿色疗法的运用，一定程度上改善了患者的视物不清及焦虑症状，有利于患者术后康复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the therapeutic effects and nursing experience of combining acupoint massage with auricular plaster therapy for visual impairment in a senile cataract patient. Based on the TCM theory of syndrome differentiation and holistic care， integrated interventions were implemented， including TCM nursing techniques alongside dietary guidance， emotional regulation， daily life care， and health education. The patient received holistic and accountable nursing care throughout the entire process， with particular emphasis on TCM green therapies. These approaches alleviated visual impairment and anxiety symptoms， facilitated postoperative recovery， and improved the patient’s quality of life.
