摘要

本研究针对1例高龄乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者，设计“熏洗—耳穴—云随诊”三联通络综合护理方案。中药熏洗活血通络，耳穴贴压疏通经气，创新建立云随诊机制，通过院内互联网门诊平台实施入院前线上预诊评估和出院后7 d巩固期监测，借助视频诊疗实现闭环护理。经14 d院内治疗及出院后7 d视频诊疗，患者整体臂围总缩小4.55%～15.25%，验证该模式在改善微循环、促进淋巴回流等方面的协同作用。研究表明，基于“互联网+”的中西医结合护理模式突破时空局限，创建“院内+云端”双轨护理路径，为肿瘤康复期慢性症状管理提供新型护理范式。

Abstract

This study implemented a tri-modal integrative nursing protocol integrating herbal fumigation-wash， auricular acupoint pellet pressing， and cloud telemonitoring for managing upper limb lymphedema in a geriatric post-mastectomy patient. The protocol synergized meridian-activating herbal fumigation （improving microcirculation）， auricular pellet therapy （regulating channel qi dynamics）， and cloud-based closed-loop care through an institutional Internet-Plus platform. This system enabled pre-admission virtual assessment and 7-day post-discharge consolidated monitoring via video consultations. After 14-day in-hospital treatment and 7-day telecare， total arm circumference reduced by 4.55%-15.25%， demonstrating collaborative efficacy in lymphatic recirculation enhancement. The Internet-Plus integrated TCM-Western nursing paradigm transcended spatiotemporal constraints through dual-track "in-hospital + cloud" pathways， establishing an innovative model for chronic symptom management in oncology rehabilitation.
