摘要

本文总结1例原发性头痛合并失眠患者应用手指点穴疗法的护理经验。基于患者症状特点，针对性实施手指点穴干预，系统观察其对原发性头痛的临床疗效。治疗结果显示，该疗法显著减轻患者疼痛程度，同步改善焦虑情绪并重建睡眠节律，最终实现生活质量的全面提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with primary headache and insomnia using finger acupoint therapy. Based on the patient's symptom characteristics， targeted finger acupoint intervention was implemented， and the clinical efficacy of this therapy on primary headache was systematically observed. The treatment results showed that this therapy significantly reduced the patient's pain level， simultaneously improved anxiety， and restored sleep rhythm， ultimately achieving a comprehensive improvement in quality of life.
