摘要

本文总结1例急性心包炎合并大量心包积液患者行心包穿刺引流的围术期的护理体会。护理要点包括早期识别产生大量心包积液后患者出现的BECK三联征，即低血压、心音低弱和颈静脉怒张，配合医生完成心包穿刺，动态评估病情，监测引流液性质，积极预防并发症发生，加强患者心理与疼痛护理。

Abstract

This article summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with acute pericarditis and massive pericardial effusion undergoing pericardial puncture drainage. Key nursing points include early recognition of Beck’s triad （hypotension， diminished heart sounds， and jugular vein distension） secondary to massive effusion， assisting physicians in performing pericardial puncture， dynamic condition assessment， monitoring drainage fluid characteristics， proactive prevention of complications， and enhanced psychological and pain management.
