摘要

本文总结1例风痰阻络症中风偏瘫患者的中西医结合护理经验。以辨证施护为导向，基于中西医结合的理念为风痰阻络症中风偏瘫患者制定个性化的护理计划。经治疗，患者左侧肢体活动不利及言语不利症状较前有效改善。中西医结合护理方法安全有效，易于患者接受，可促进患者疾病康复，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for a stroke patient with hemiplegia caused by wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals syndrome. Guided by syndrome differentiation and holistic care principles， an individualized nursing plan was developed based on the integration of Chinese and Western medicine approaches. After treatment， the patient's impaired left limb movement and speech dysfunction showed significant improvement. The combined nursing method proved safe， effective， and well-accepted by the patient， demonstrating its potential in promoting recovery and enhancing quality of life.
