摘要

本文总结1例结构脂肪乳（20%）/氨基酸（16）/葡萄糖（13%）注射液1206 mL渗出的护理案例。在护理实践中，重点开展脂肪乳氨基酸外渗评估及疼痛评估，同时对冷湿敷治疗的关键注意事项予以明确。通过实施外敷疗法及中医耳穴贴压疗法，患者疼痛症状得到显著缓解，疼痛评分从8分降至0分，肢体肿胀情况明显减轻，有效阻断外渗的恶性循环，切实保障患者健康。此外，临床护士基于对静脉输液药物渗出诱发因素的分析，制定了具有针对性的预防策略，显著降低药物渗出不良事件的发生，提高患者静脉输液治疗的安全性与质量，为临床护理实践提供有益的参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes a nursing case involving the extravasation of 1206 mL of structured lipid emulsion （20%）/amino acids （16）/glucose （13%） injection. During nursing practice， emphasis was placed on the assessment of lipid emulsion and amino acid extravasation as well as pain evaluation， while key precautions for cold and moist compression therapy were clarified. Through the implementation of external application therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） auricular acupressure， the patient's pain symptoms were significantly alleviated， with the pain score decreasing from 8 to 0， and limb swelling markedly reduced. This effectively interrupted the vicious cycle of extravasation， safeguarding the patient's health. Furthermore， based on an analysis of contributing factors to intravenous drug extravasation， clinical nurses developed targeted preventive strategies， significantly reducing the incidence of adverse drug extravasation events and improving the safety and quality of intravenous therapy. This provides valuable insights for clinical nursing practice.
