摘要

本文总结1例腱鞘炎患者应用中药蜡敷技术的护理经验。该技术基于中医“经筋”理论，通过蜡敷的温热效应促进患处血液循环，减轻炎症与水肿，从而有效缓解疼痛症状。护理措施包括疼痛评估、中药蜡敷治疗、饮食指导、运动治疗及健康指导等，通过辨证施护原则实施中医适宜技术，患者手部疼痛显著减轻，关节活动度改善，且未出现不良反应，证实中药蜡敷技术在腱鞘炎护理中的有效性与安全性。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with tenosynovitis using the traditional Chinese medicine wax application technique. This technique is based on the "meridians" theory in traditional Chinese medicine and utilizes the warming effect of the wax application to promote blood circulation at the affected area， reducing inflammation and edema， thereby effectively alleviating pain symptoms. The nursing measures include pain assessment， traditional Chinese medicine wax application treatment， dietary guidance， exercise therapy， and health guidance. The appropriate traditional Chinese nursing techniques were implemented based on the principle of syndrome differentiation. The patient's hand pain was significantly reduced， joint mobility improved， and no adverse reactions occurred. This confirms the effectiveness and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine wax application technique in the nursing of tenosynovitis.
