摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合蜡敷治疗缺血性中风后右下肢疼痛的护理体会。针对患者住院期间主诉右下肢疼痛，通过采用中药膏摩联合蜡敷进行综合干预，在改善患者临床症状和提升生活质量方面成效显著，以期为中医护理技术在缺血性中风后（风痰阻络证）右下肢疼痛管理中的临床应用提供实践参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining Chinese herbal ointment massage with wax therapy to treat right lower limb pain in a patient with post-ischemic stroke （wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals syndrome）. During hospitalization， the patient complained of right lower limb pain， which was effectively managed through integrated intervention using herbal ointment massage and wax therapy. The approach demonstrated significant efficacy in alleviating clinical symptoms and improving quality of life， providing practical insights for the clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques in pain management for post-ischemic stroke （wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals syndrome） patients.
