摘要

本文总结1例采用手法通乳联合耳尖放血治疗乳痈早期发热患者的护理体会。基于中医整体观念辨证施护，采取手法通乳中医技术及耳尖放血，并配合情志护理、饮食指导及生活护理等常规护理措施，有效缓解患者临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with early-stage mastitis and fever treated by manual lactation induction combined with auricular point bleeding. Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation， manual lactation induction and auricular point bleeding techniques were adopted， along with routine nursing measures such as emotional care， dietary guidance， and life care. The clinical symptoms of the patient were effectively alleviated， and this approach is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
