目的

本文总结1例经皮单侧双孔内镜（UBE）椎板切开术和椎间盘切除术治疗1例腰椎管狭窄症的护理经验，为临床实施有效护理提供价值参考。
方法

在物理治疗、中医特色疗法基础上实施“经皮单侧双通道镜下椎板减压髓核摘除术+神经根松解术”治疗，同时配以围术期综合化护理，并评价干预后的疼痛改善情况。
结果

经中西医结合治疗及综合化护理后，患者病情好转，出院前诉腰部疼痛不明显，切口区周围及双下肢无明显疼痛，麻木感较前稍好转，双肩关节无疼痛。
结论

双通道技术能够实现镜下精准减压，具有创伤小、恢复快等优势，综合化护理在腰椎管狭窄症围术期中具有较高的应用价值，可增强手术效果，改善患者预后。
Abstract
Objective

This article summarizes the nursing experience of percutaneous unilateral biportal endoscopic （UBE） laminotomy and discectomy in one patient with lumbar spinal stenosis， aiming to provide a valuable reference for effective clinical nursing.
Methods

Treatment via "Percutaneous Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic Laminectomy and Nucleotomy + Nerve Root Decompression" was performed on the basis of physiotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） characteristic therapies. Perioperative comprehensive nursing was implemented concurrently， with postoperative pain improvement evaluated.
Results

After integrated TCM-Western medicine treatment and comprehensive nursing， the patient's condition improved significantly. At discharge， the patient reported no obvious low back pain， no significant pain around the incision site or in bilateral lower limbs， slightly improved numbness， and no shoulder joint pain.
Conclusion

The biportal endoscopic technique enables precise minimally invasive decompression with advantages such as reduced trauma and faster recovery. Comprehensive nursing holds high clinical value in the perioperative management of lumbar spinal stenosis， enhancing surgical outcomes and improving patient prognosis.
