摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合艾灸治疗1例颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者的护理报告。护理人员通过护理评估，结合诊断结果，进行中医辨证施护。通过辨证施护，采用中医外治技术，结合疼痛护理、功能锻炼、生活起居、营养指导及心理护理等护理措施，达到祛风散寒、行气止痛的效果，帮助患者尽早恢复咀嚼功能，回归正常生活。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing outcomes of herbal ointment massage combined with moxibustion for a patient with temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome （TMD）. Based on nursing assessments and diagnostic results， TCM syndrome differentiation and targeted interventions were implemented. The integrated approach included external TCM therapies （herbal ointment massage and moxibustion）， pain management， functional exercises， lifestyle guidance， nutritional counseling， and psychological support. These measures aimed to dispel wind-cold pathogens， promote qi circulation， alleviate pain， and ultimately restore masticatory function， enabling the patient to resume daily activities.
