摘要

本文总结1例中重症高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的多学科联合护理查房案例。基于患者临床资料，责任护士进行病例汇报，随后医生进行病情分析。多学科护理团队针对患者护理问题提出专业建议。通过实施中西医结合护理措施，有效缓解患者腹胀和腹痛症状，避免并发麻痹性肠梗阻，预防低血糖事件，缩短疾病病程。该案例充分展示以护士为主导的医护合作和多学科护理联合查房，在高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床治疗和护理中的应用价值。

Abstract

This report summarizes a multidisciplinary nursing rounds case for a patient with moderate-severe hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis. Based on comprehensive clinical data， the primary nurse presented the case history， followed by physicians' analysis of the condition. The multidisciplinary nursing team proposed targeted interventions addressing critical care issues. Through integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing protocols， symptoms of abdominal distension and pain were effectively alleviated， complicated paralytic ileus was prevented， hypoglycemic events were mitigated， and disease duration was shortened. This case demonstrates the clinical value of nurse-led physician collaboration and multidisciplinary nursing rounds in managing hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis.
