摘要

本文总结1例手法通乳治疗急性乳腺炎早期患者的临床疗效。在中医辨证理论的指导下，通过实施手法通乳联合中药外敷治疗，并结合五行音乐疗法和中医药膳，能有效缓解患者乳房疼痛，排除淤积乳汁，减轻乳腺导管局部的压力，缩小乳房肿块和皮肤红肿范围，促进泌乳，缓解患者临床症状体征，提高母乳喂养成功率。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical efficacy of manual lactation induction in the treatment of a patient with early acute mastitis. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory， by implementing manual lactation induction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine， and integrating the Five-Element Music Therapy and traditional Chinese medicinal diet， it can effectively relieve breast pain， eliminate accumulated milk， reduce local pressure on the mammary ducts， shrink the size of breast lumps and the range of skin redness and swelling， promote lactation， alleviate the patient's clinical symptoms and signs， and increase the success rate of breastfeeding.
