摘要

本文系统总结1例缩窄性心包炎患者接受中西医结合治疗的护理经验。在常规西医治疗基础上，创新性采用耳穴压丸、温灸疗法及穴位贴敷等中医特色技术作为辅助治疗手段，配合精细化饮食管理、围术期全程护理、个性化症状干预、心理疏导及系统化健康教育等综合护理措施，显著改善患者的负性情绪状态，有效提升临床疗效和生活质量。经规范化治疗与护理，患者病情稳定并顺利完成手术治疗，最终康复出院。实践表明，中西医结合护理模式在缩窄性心包炎围术期管理中具有显著的协同增效作用，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article systematically summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with constrictive pericarditis treated through an integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine approach. In addition to conventional Western medical therapy， innovative TCM techniques—including auricular acupressure with seed embedding， moxibustion therapy， and acupoint application—were employed as adjunctive treatments. These interventions were combined with comprehensive nursing measures such as refined dietary management， perioperative care， personalized symptom intervention， psychological counseling， and systematic health education. The integrated approach significantly alleviated the patient's negative emotional state， enhanced clinical efficacy， and improved quality of life. Through standardized treatment and nursing， the patient achieved stable condition， successfully underwent surgery， and was eventually discharged with full recovery. This case demonstrates that the integrated TCM-Western nursing model exerts synergistic effects in perioperative management of constrictive pericarditis， warranting broader clinical application.
